Gather & Graze for Good
Saddle up for an evening of charm and connection at the Buckle Up Benefit, where country flair meets heartfelt purpose. Set against the rustic elegance of Blue Meadows, this semi-casual gathering invites you to graze, mingle, and groove the night away, all in support of seat belt safety education. Born from a family’s loss and driven by a shared hope, this night is a testament to how far Shea-Lynn's Butterfly Effect has come and how powerful it is when community comes together.
Join us to spark change, honour lives past and future, and build a safer tomorrow—one seat belt, one conversation at a time.

Is this the first Buckle Up Benefit?

What is the Buckle Up Benefit?

The Buckle Up Benefit is a heart-driven community fundraiser dedicated to raising awareness about seat belt safety. It’s an evening of connection, live music, great food, and meaningful purpose—all supporting programs that educate, empower, and help prevent families from experiencing the devastating impact of traffic-related tragedies. It's fun with a mission, and you're a big part of it.
Is this a family event?

Not this time. The Buckle Up Benefit is an 18+ event. While seat belt safety is a family issue, this particular evening is designed for adults to connect, unwind, and support the cause in a relaxed, semi-casual atmosphere. We hope to create future events with the whole family in mind!
How can I participate in the event?

You can participate by attending the benefit, bidding in the silent auction, making a donation, or signing up to volunteer.
What is the dress code?

Casual Country Charm: A polished yet relaxed feel, perfect for autumn. Think cozy layers, fall dresses, or dark denim paired with a plaid shirt or blazer. Guests can add a touch of country with boots or a cowboy hat if they’d like, but it’s not required.
Can I bid on the silent auction items online?

Not this time. Bidding is available in person only. Join us at the event to explore and bid on silent auction items!
Do you accommodate dietary needs?

While we won’t be offering customized meal options, guests can enjoy a gluten- and nut-free charcuterie board. A selection of desserts will also be available, along with water, pop, and alcoholic beverages from the bar.
I can't make it. Can I donate instead?

Absolutely! Donations are always welcome. We appreciate you thinking of this. Every dollar makes a meaningful impact.
Can I volunteer for the event?

Yes! Volunteering at the Buckle Up Benefit is a great way to get involved and support the cause. Fill out our volunteer application to join the team and help make the night a success.
