Driving Home the Importance of Seat Belt Use and Safe Driving
Wearing a seat belt is one of the most important ways for drivers and passengers to protect themselves. Yet every day, many Canadians travel unprotected.
Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect programs work to increase awareness about the importance of wearing a seat belt and practicing safe roadway behaviours. We encourage everyone to get home safely.

Safety Awareness Presentations
Education is a key priority of ours. We partner with schools, businesses, and different community groups across the province to offer Safety Awareness Presentations. Our engaging presentations bring a combination of both life experiences and facts. As such, participants walk away with a clear understanding of how important seat belts are to their safety and how seemingly innocent and simple choices can have big consequences for them and their families.

Educational Resources

Whether you plan to enroll your teen in a professional driving school for assistance or handle it all yourself, it is important that you set a solid foundation and reinforce safe habits along the way. Finding the right resources to help guide you and your new driver may help with the process.
Community Engagement
Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect spreads awareness throughout communities by partnering with local businesses to inform the public about the importance of seat belt safety through social media, awareness events, and proudly displaying our buckled butterfly vehicle stickers on storefront windows and vehicle fleets.
