Employee Giving

An employee giving program is a great way for companies to engage their employees, build team spirit, create a caring culture, and support a cause that is aligned with their values. Need some ideas on how to get your employees involved?

• Make Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect your “charity of choice.” Collect employee group donations or host an internal fundraising event, such as a bake sale, car wash, movie night, or basket raffle, directing all proceeds to Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect. By choosing us as your charity of choice, you show your commitment to your employee’s and their family’s safety.

• Employee Involvement. Drive home the importance of roadway safety by encouraging your employees to participate in Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect events. This can be done as a participant or as a volunteer.

  • Participation: Register a team in Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect Bottle Drive and issue a “corporate challenge” to your industry partners and competitors to match and/or beat your involvement.

  • Volunteerism: Encourage your employees to volunteer their time, talents, and skills at Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect. This can be events based or on an ongoing basis to assist with the delivery of services. Either way, it creates a better sense of teamwork amongst staff members as well as boosts overall morale.
